Wrinkle Pressing
The wrinkle pressing process gives our denim a natural and stylish look. It creates a sense of movement and depth in the fabric, mimicking the way denim naturally wrinkles over time. Whether it's a classic pair of jeans with carefully placed wrinkles on the knees and thighs or a denim jacket with a more distressed, wrinkled appearance, this process enhances the overall aesthetic. It also adds a touch of individuality to each piece, as no two sets of wrinkles are exactly the same.
Washing Scene
Some of the washed jeans are placed in baskets, waiting to be hung on the high rotating rails. Many of the washed jeans have already been hung on the moving rotating rails for natural air-drying. This method greatly preserves the color and texture of the jeans. Because using a dryer with heat treatment on freshly washed jeans may cause the color to redden and make the touch feel less comfortable.
